Good and Bad Vibrations – Learn reiki

Learn Reiki is based on free flowing energy and vibration. We are taught from childhood to censor such perceptions as irrational. Nevertheless , when someone sends out a powerful thought or feeling, you receive that though or emotion and very often make it conscious. Someone’s sexual energy-for example, can be very strong and palpable, even when that person has made so overt advances. Violence and danger are other powerful forms of energy that emanate from the field and effect us consciously.

More subtle waves of energy also radiate from the field though we tend to reduce them to generalities. ” I got good vibrations from this person”, we sometimes say. Yet, there is so much more to be gleaned from a person’s filed. When we allow ourselves to observe the brightens of one person or the darkness of another, we recognize the relative amount of light emanating as nothing to do with his or her complexion or skin colour or hair or clothes.

Sometimes we can actually see wisps of this energy, especially if a person is sitting against a white wall in normal indoor light, in the form of little flames of light dancing around the person’s head. If you allow your eyes to go slightly out of focus, when you look at someone, the energy body will become even more visible. This occurs in part, because litting the eyes go out of focus shifts the emphasis of sight to the roods on those cells within the optic nerve that perceive low intensity light. The counterpart to the rods are the cones, another group of cells within the optic nerves that perceive bright light and colour.  The auric field is a low intensity light and consequently is more visible to the rods. Watch the energy more in flame like patterns around the head and shoulders. It appears very much like hot pavement emitting heat ona hot summer day.
